Assured Care Stockport provide a wide range of services to our services users. We aim to provide a person centred service,  so all your wants and needs are assessed. From assisting with your personal care each morning to going to your local coffee shop for a cake and coffee during a support call, Assured Care are here to help.

Assured Care (Stockport) Ltd does not offer overnight care or any service which involves nursing care.

Personal Care

• Assisting to get up or go to bed

• Assisting with dressing and undressing

• Assisting with showering, washing or bathing

• Assisting with grooming

• Preparing meals, snacks and drinks

• Monitoring nutrition and hydration

• Making and changing bedding

• Assistance with toileting

• Catheter care and stoma care

• Assistance with prescribed medication

• Hoisting and transfers (Moving and handling)

• Light domestic tasks – washing dishes, emptying bins etc

Support Calls

• Shopping assistance

• Pension collection

• Prescription collection

• Cleaning and laundry

• Outings to garden centres, parks, cemeteries etc

• Visiting friends, family, neighbours

• Hospital or doctors appointments

• Paying bills, assisting with letters and correspondence

• Trips out shopping, to a coffee shop etc

• Reading books, newspapers, magazines

• Playing games i.e. board games, cards

People to whom we provide services to:

• Adults aged over 18

• People with physical disabilities

• People with sensory loss, including those with dual sensory impairment

• People with mental health issues

• People with learning disabilities

• People who require care due to illness or injury

We provide our care services between the hours of 7am – 9.30pm 365 days of the year.

Our existing clients can arrange to have any of our services hired privately, please contact the office.
